In Warendorf haben sich die ersten Favoriten herausgestellt, andere Pferde-Reiter-Kombinationen verbesserten ihre Leistungen noch weiter – und Holsteiner mischten erneut die vorderen Ränge auf. Besonders auffällig fiel das Ergebnis bei den siebenjährigen Springpferden aus: Die ersten vier Plätze wurden ausschließlich von Pferden mit Holsteiner Abstammungsnachweis belegt – allen voran der Mylord Carthago-Sohn Munin mit Richard Vogel im Sattel.
