The Verband stallion Million Dollar has been at Sophie Hinners' stable since the beginning of the year. In this short time, the pair has grown together as an exceptional team and was able to achieve outstanding success at Nations Cup level (CSIO3* EEF series) with wins in Bratislava and Budapest as well as a second place in Mannheim.

Last night Million Dollar was taken to the clinic due to a hernia and was operated directly. One testicle had to be removed, but the stallion is now well again. He will stay in the clinic for another week and then recover in Elmshorn.
For the time being, the focus is now on Million Dollar's complete recovery, so that breeders and his fans will not see him at shows for the next few months. According to the vet treating him, the stallion can be trained again after three months. His breeding career is not expected to be affected.
