The ten-year-old Tsunamie de Hus-Quartz de Frely AA-son will now be available via fresh semen.
Recently, Del Arko attracted attention as a sire at the Holsteiner auctions due to his excellent offspring. With Minett, he provided the price peak of the Holsteiner Elite Riding Horse Auction in autumn 2022, which was sold to the USA for 65,000 Euros. She impressed many prospective buyers and spectators with her special quality and ease at the jump. The Del Arko son Del Mondo changed hands for 33,500 Euros at the Holstein Spring Auction 2023.
Also in Westphalia a Del Arko-Lancer III son was the top-priced youngster at the 2022 auction and sold for 53,000 Euros.
From a sporting point of view, Del Arko is by no means an unknown quantity. The big bay stallion has won and placed in 1.40 metre jumping competitions. Further competitions for Del Arko are planned for the 2023 season after the recovery of the stallion's head rider Jens Klöppel.
Del Arko's bloodlines are highly interesting: Via the paternal line there is blood connection to Ladykiller xx and the maternal genetics are an important outcross variant via the Anglo-Arabian Quartz de Frely and the Anglo-Norman Ukase.
The stallion himself is large-framed, characterised by long lines and correct conformation. Especially for mares with little frame and canter Del Arko is suitable to improve this. His jumping ability is enormous, with especially good hindquarter technique - these characteristics can already be found in his first offspring.
