From Tuesday 29 October to Friday 1 November 2024, the pre-selection of candidates for the young stallion licensing in December will take place. The catalogue with the registered stallions and the schedule are now available.
How does the pre-selection work?
After the stallions have been measured, they will be presented free-running and free-jumping in the indoor arena and then on solid ground. In addition, all stallions will also perform in groups in walk rings in hand. On Saturday, 2 November, the list of stallions accepted for licensing will be published at www.holsteiner-verband.de.
Spectators are cordially invited to attend the pre-selection in the Fritz-Thiedemann-Halle in Elmshorn, admission is free.
Please note that it is compulsory for exhibitors and whip handlers to wear helmets during the pre-selection of young stallions!
