The Holsteiner Horse Days in mid-June are an absolute must for athletes, breeders and Holsteiner enthusiasts in the north. And this year there will also be some sporting innovations at the show from 11 to 15 June 2025.
In addition to the Holsteiner State Championships, Bundeschampionat qualifications, auction, the Verband mare show and heavy sport in the dressage arena and show jumping course, the evaluation tests for four to six-year-old stallions in accordance with the new stallion performance test system will also be held for the first time at the Herbert-Blöcker-Platz in Elmshorn - in dressage and show jumping. ‘The Holsteiner Horse Days will be the first show ever to implement this new type of test,’ says breeding director Stephan Haarhoff, looking forward to the premiere. German show jumping and dressage stallions from all associations are eligible for the HLP classification. The tests for young riding horses and dressage horses are also open to all associations, and Holstein horses and German riding horses born in Schleswig-Holstein will be included in the state championship classifications.
Entries for the Holsteiner Horse Days from 11 to 15 June 2025 can now be submitted online! The closing date for entries is 28 May 2025.
