As part of the Springflut Festival in Hörup, the breeding ditrict Schleswig-Flensburg organised its foal championships, in which a total of five foals qualified for the state championships in Elmshorn.
In the class of fillies, it was a daughter of the Diamant de Semilly son Utamaro d'Ecaussine, bred by host Stephan Johannsen, who was crowned the winner. The representative of the 4510 line has a Cascadello I dam.
In addition, the second-placed filly by Raven-Catoo (Malte Kuhnert, Freienwill), dam line 4510, and the third-placed foal by Charaktervoll-Quinar (Hans Thomsen, Hörup), dam line 5329, also qualified.
Among the stallions, a son of United Way-Dinken (Malte Kuhnert, Freienwill), line 2369, advanced to the top of the class. He and the runner-up by Light Star-Christian (Alexander Murmann, Handewitt), line 8917, will be allowed to present themselves again in Elmshorn on 24 August.
