On 28 July, the Holstein Foal Tour stopped off in the Stormarn-Lauenburg licensing district.
The commission selected a daughter of Conchezz-Connor (ZG Meinert, Elmenhorst), line 18A2, as the winner among the fillies. In the colts’ category, a son of Crack out of a Carrico dam (Weiß Pferde, Mustin), line 242, came out on top. Both foals, as well as the reserve winners in the filly and colt categories, have also qualified for the Holstein State Foal Championship on 15 August in Elmshorn.
Another foal championship in this licensing district was also held at the Gröhnwoldhof. Among the colts, the winner here was a son by Know-How-Clarimo (Manfred von Allwörden, Grönwohldhof), line 1859. In the fillies’ class, a foal by Conchezz-Nevados S (Manfred von Alwörden, Grönwohld) came out on top. Both winners have qualified for the State Foal Championship.
