The mare inspections in Schleswig-Holstein have been finalised. The breeding districts Steinburg, Dithmarschen, Pinneberg, Europe and North America have determined their winners.
Steinburg
A daughter of Colestus-Casquetto bred by Dörte Kluczynski (Kollmar), line 18B1, was the winner in Steinburg. This mare has also secured her ticket for the Verband mare show in Elmshorn on 15 June.

Dithmarschen
A daughter of Chinchero out of an Unlimited dam (Avora Pferde GmbH & Co. KG, Welmbüttel), Stamm 8755, who had already achieved an excellent performance test score of 8.93, was selected by the commission as the winner in Dithmarschen. In addition to the champion mare, three other mares qualified for Elmshorn: The reserve winner by Casall-Carembar de Muze (Hartwig Schoof, Hedwigenkoog), Stamm 104A. In addition, mares by Cascadello I-Cachas (Peter Rehder, Krumstedt), line 730B and by Zuccero-Clarcon (Avora Pferde GmbH & Co.KG, Welmbüttel), line 8755.

Pinneberg
In Pinneberg, it was a daughter by Zirocco Blue-Calido I (Sören von Rönne, Neuendeich), Stamm 8900, who was crowned the winner and was authorised to compete at the Elite Broodmare Show. There will hopefully also be a reunion with two other mares: The reserve winner v. Aristoteles-Voltaire (Kersten Kühl, Seester), line 1947, and by For Carsten-Leovisto (Carsten Lauck, Pinneberg), line 5091.

Europe and North America
Nine mares were admitted to the final ring for the Europe and North America basket districts, and all nine will be allowed to present themselves again in Elmshorn in June. The winner by v. Diamant de Semilly-Cascadello I, line 8568, was bred by Cristina Trauffer from Switzerland and has already been performance-tested with a final score of 8.84. Ina Schmaußer (Amberg) presented the reserve champion by Cascadello I-Aljano, line 242. The other qualifiers for the Verband mare show can be found directly in the results.
