
The event Friday at the Bundeschampionate in Warendorf was once again marked by impressive successes from the Holsteiner point of view - especially in the Grand Prix there was no getting past Holsteiner horses.
Clou and Richard Vogel win second qualification of the seven-year-olds
In the first qualification the Casall-Lux Z-son Clou (Nicole Struve) and Richard Vogel were narrowly beaten and ranked on the silver position. In the second qualification they then jumped to victory with a flawless, fast performance. Vogel also finished fourth with the Chin Champ-Quality son Con Quality (Hartmut Knop).
Con Quality by Chin Champ finished fourth in the seven-year-olds and picked up his and Clou's ribbons in the seven-year-olds with Richard Vogel.
Second qualification for five-year-old show jumpers for Cellado
After already dominating the first qualification in Warendorf, Cellado by Cellestial-Corrado I (Heiko Schmidt) and Christoph Lanske confirmed their form in the second test for five-year-olds as well. With a score of 9.2, the reigning Holstein state champion and his rider took the lead. "If I can steer his ambition in the right direction, it will always be good with him," said the rider of the imposing gray stallion, who was met with scene applause from the Warendorf audience.

Eight-year-olds and older: Grand Prix with gold, silver and bronze for Holstein
The eight-year-old and older show jumpers held their finals in Warendorf as an S** show jumping competition with jump-off - six out of ten horses in the jump-off had a Holstein paper to show. The 2021 Bundeschampion, Crack by Cornet Obolensky-Candillo (Campos Cria de Caballos de Deporte) and Richard Vogel were unbeatable. The other podium places also went to Holstein: Tokyo by Toulon-Cassini I (Jürgen Böge) and Hannes Ahlmann were second, Greece by Mylord Carthago-Quinar (Margit Petersen) and Teike Carstensen ranked third.

Small final five-year-old cross-country horses
In third place with a score of 8.4 was the Comme il faut-Cassini II daughter Cortina JB with her breeder and rider Jörg Brinkmann. Lola by Cascadello I-Exorbitant xx (Thomas Gerken) and Rebecca Juana Gerken placed eighth, as did Luigi by Loveless-Contender (Svenja Grochowski) with Malin Petersen and a score of 7.8.
Small final six-year-old cross-country horses
Dorothea Feld piloted the Quibery-Corrado II daughter Kira V. (Manfred Volquardsen) to the silver position with a score of 8.3.
