On 13 July, Norbert Boley will be celebrating his birthday. The Holsteiner Verband extends its warmest congratulations!
For over four decades, he has shaped the development of the Verband and international show jumping horse breeding like almost no one else. With great foresight, Boley, as managing director, transitioned the Holsteiner stallion programme to fresh semen insemination; he oversaw major construction projects – such as the Fritz-Thiedemann Hall – and played a key role in ensuring that stallions such as Landgraf I, Contender, Caretino, Casall and Clarimo went on to make breeding history worldwide. For his outstanding services, he was honoured, amongst other things, with the Gustav Rau Medal in bronze from the German Equestrian Federation.
*Der Holsteiner* wishes Norbert Boley continued good health, happiness and many wonderful moments with his family and his horses.
