Spectators can look forward to five Holsteiner Verband stallions at ‘Verband Stallions on Tour’ on 10 September in Pfungstadt.
The stallions will present themselves under saddle and in the short course at this event, which has been very popular in the breeding district Europe in recent years. Chapter by Conthargos-Casall (Laß KG, Leck), line 104A, Chezarro by Casall-Conteur (Gabriele Kowalski, Stadum), line 1298, Corfu de la Vie by Cumano-Lord (Haras de la Vie/BEL), line 741 and Million's Way by Million Dollar-Concerto II (Holsteiner Verband Hengsthaltungs GmbH, Elmshorn), line 1916, will be travelling to Hessen. Crack HV by Cornet Obolensky-Candillo (Campos Cria de Caballos de Deporte), line 1020, is already being ridden by Richard Vogel and is also showing.
On Tuesday, 10 September 2024, the stallions will be presented at Gestüt Prinzenberg in Pfungstadt from 4:00pm. This is where Sophie Hinners, Richard Vogel and their team normally train their young hopefuls. In an atmospheric setting, you will receive training impressions of the Holsteiner stallions.
These will be commented on by Managing Director Sebastian Rohde, championship rider David Will and Matthias Wittke, Chairman of the breeding district Europe. The programme also includes an inspection on solid ground and a closer look at the stallions in the stables. After the presentation, questions can be asked, discussions about mating decisions for 2025 can be held and the evening can be enjoyed over cool drinks.
