Verband stallions in portrait: Cahil

The 2019 Champion Stallion already showed himself at his licensing as a complete stallion with a lot of charisma. Type, movement quality, performance and jumping are well secured in the blood of this young stallion.

Cahil passed his 14-day assessment test 2020 in Neustadt-Dosse with a very good result. He received a score of 9.0 for his free jumping ability, his willingness to perform and his rideability from an outside rider. He completed his test with a weighted overall score of 8.78 for jumping. Cahil completed the 2021 sport test for four-year-old stallions in Verden with a weighted jumping final score of 8.22.

In his first show season, the grey stallion presented himself with a lot of energy and ambition and, among other things, won a young show jumper class with a score of 8.5. This year, Cahil shows himself to be clearly mature, wealthy with a lot of impression at the jump. He currently placed fourth in a novice (A**) level show jumping class under Massimo Bonomi (video below).

His sire Cornet Obolensky himself caused a sensation in top international sport under Marco Kutscher and through his offspring he dominates the show jumping scene like no other stallion. With Cornet d'amour, Comme il faut, Cornado I or Clooney he has clearly proven his sire class.

Cahil produced his first foal crop in 2021, which already convinced with very appealing foals in terms of type and movement. On the occasion of the Holstein foal auctions, he produced a daughter out of a Quibery-Colman dam (Timm Peters, Bargenstedt), which was auctioned for 15,000 Euros in Hörup.
