Native insemination is an interesting topic for "problem mares" who, for example, have an intolerance to thinners: Instead of natural insemination, it is also possible to have mares inseminated in Elmshorn using this method.

In practice, this means that the semen is fed to the mare directly after collection without any additives. The advantage is that – if day-to-day business permits – almost every stallion stationed in Elmshorn is available for this procedure. The mares are inseminated on the trailer, are therefore not allowed to enter the stables and cannot be stabled in Elmshorn.
