Lucas Wenz will be leaving the Holsteiner Verband at the end of September by mutual agreement to take on a new professional challenge. Since 1 October 2023, he has been a key member of the training team at Holsteiner Verband Hengsthaltungs GmbH.
Over the past few years, Lucas Wenz has continuously developed both himself and numerous young horses. Among his greatest successes is the training of United Way HV, whom he developed to international level at 1.55 metres. A particular highlight was the fourth-place finish at the 2025 ‘Sires of the World’ in Lanaken (BEL).
Lucas Wenz joined the Holsteiner Verband during turbulent times and has thrown himself into his work with the stallions with great dedication, whilst also helping to strengthen the ‘Holstein’ brand once again.
