During the grading of the young Holsteiner stallions, a riding horse auction offering a small and choice collection is held on 14 December. A great opportunity for early Christmas presents to you or your loved ones already on the third weekend in Advent.
Nine young talents have been hand-picked by auction manager Felix Flinzer and his team for the Christmas Edition, with each of the lots ready to show, or in some cases already with impressive results. Like for example lot 107, Don Dior by Diarado-Zinedine, a five-year-old who has won 1.20m jumping horse classes, placed up to 1.30m and was qualified for the National Championships. Or lot 101, Caspari by Colcannon-Cash and Carry, an agile athlete boasting wins and placings in young horse classes. Lot 109 for example is highly interesting for breeding and sport purposes: Number One is by Quibery-Clearway and a half-sister to former world champion of the young eventing horses, Cute Girl by Coventry (Kevin McNab (AUS)/Hallie Coon (USA)). Moreover, 1.60m level jumpers such as Chatman by Corofino I (Jody Bosteels/BEL) or successful World Cup contender Ginger Ask by Casall (Erynn Ballard/CAN) are very closely related.

The riding horses move into their box stalls at the Elmhorn Verband facility on Monday, 2 December 2024 and can then be tried out by appointment. During the grading of the young stallions on Friday, 13 December, the riding horses to be offered at auction will be presented live at 11.00am.
