Following the spectacular conclusion of the grading of the Holsteiner colts, the event ended with the auction of the young licensed stallions and non-licensed colts.
Highest priced lot became the second reserve champion, Hello Sam by Halifax van het Kluizebos-Livello (Klaus Philipp Eichert, Ellwangen), mare family 1298, realizing 120,000 euros – he will become a Moritzburg state stallion. Cierano by Cieran-Calato (Manfred von Allwörden, Grönwohld), mare family 7126 cost 90,000 euros; he will travel on to Italy, as this licensed stallion was secured by regular client Alessandro Mingoli. The hammer fell at 85,000 euros for a son of Chacco-Blue-Coriano (Manfred von Allwörden, Grönwohld), mare family 5064. The Main and State Stud of Marbach also did some shopping for the upcoming breeding season: premium stallion Valino B by Vigado-Chicago (Hermann Blohm, Hodorf), mare family 3697, was knocked down at 57,000 euros. The licensed stallions sold at an average price of 52,000 euros.
