Felix Flinzer is going to take over as new head of the Holsteiner Verband marketing and auction GmbH from 1 October.
“We are happy we have found a young and highly motivated head of marketing in Felix Flinzer who is going to provide new momentum“, says Holsteiner Verband chairman, Ulrich Steuber. After graduating from school in Niebuell, North Frisian Felix Flinzer left the north to train equine management/ classical riding at the DOKR in Warendorf. After further expanding his economic skills by qualifying as an office manager in the fields of marketing, sales and distribution he has been coordinating major events like the national young horse championships or else the world championships for young jumping horses as a DOKR event manager. Moreover, he boasts results up to S level in the jumping saddle and has marketed numerous young horses after bringing them into the sport up to international level through the national championships. “I’m happy about the confidence the board has shown me by putting me in charge of the Holsteiner Verband marketing“, says Flinzer. “I’m fully aware of the breeders’ high expectations and together with the team I’ll continue to improve and expand the marketing opportunities for our Holsteiner horses in order to make Holsteiner breeding even more profitable for our breeders”, says the 25-year-old.
The elite riding horse auction on 5 November is carried out by the Holsteiner Verband marketing and auction GmbH team with Alexandra Bitter, supported by Thies Luther. The Holsteiner Winter-Chance on 10 December is to be the first auction sale directed by Felix Flinzer.
