The second Holsteiner Winter Chance online auction sale has been underway. 48 highly promising youngsters have been picked for the collection, including two-year-old uncut diamonds, young talents at age-appropriate training level and three pregnant broodmares. All of them are going to be presented live via ClipMyHorse.TV on Saturday and Sunday.
There is offspring by stallions like Casall, Cornet Obolensky, Dinken or Cash and Carry. But sires like Crunch, Balou du Rouet, Comme il faut or Vagabond de la Pomme are represented by interesting offspring, as well. Things are going to get real this coming weekend, with the Holsteiner horses auctioned off in two groups. Hip numbers 1 to 24 are to go first on Saturday. Their presentation starting at 9.00am is livestreamed by ClipMyHorse.TV, with the bid on for the first horse to begin at 3.00pm. The same schedule applies for the second half of the lot (hip numbers 25 to 48) on Sunday. Videos, pedigrees as well as x-rays can be viewed on holsteiner.auction. Following Saturday and Sunday’s presentations, the horses can be viewed and tried out. Like for example hip no 29, Calina by Calinello-Capitol I; her dam Genua shone at 1.40m level and her second dam, Zange by Lagos, has produced several show jumping offspring successfully shown to 1.60m level. Or hip no 13, Fabienne by Clinton I-Quinar: She is carrying a foal by Casanova de Beaufour, a Kashmir van Shuttershof son, shone in the mare performance test with her jumping graded 9.5 and has already produced offspring.
Providing an opportunity for real-time bidding, the holsteiner.auction portal has become established for online auctions this year. It is advisable to register in advance, unless you have not already registered for a previous auction sale. Do not hesitate to contact Roland Metz (+49 171 4364 651), as he will be happy to answer any questions regarding the auction event as well as the horses.
