Lenett

Loran — Lord Calando

Description of Lenett

At the 2009 Neumünster stallion licensing, Lenett convincingly demonstrated his high-quality jumping. The audience rewarded his impressive free jumping presentation in the Holstenhalle with spontaneous applause. This interesting stallion is a natural in terms of jumping technique, scope and ability. After having been stationed at Groß Buchwald for two years, Lenett’s sire Loran was successfully used as a breeding stallion and sport horse in Denmark. He returned to Holstein in 2003 and was shown in dressage by Wolfgang Schade with wins to Grand Prix Special level. During his time at stud in Holstein, Loran produced several international show jumping offspring. Leonardo B is doubtless his most successful offspring, winning Grand Prix and major Nations Cup competitions all over the world and earning a total of 582.500 euros under Thomas Voss. Lenett’s dam, Hollyday by Lord-Calando, was successfully shown in jumper classes to S level herself. Lenett’s 2nd dam, Ungarin, is one of the most successful mares in the Holsteiner breeding programme, with seven offspring boasting placings or wins at S level. Her son Jefferson was stallion graded in Holstein. The bloodline’s significance lies in the systematic linebreeding with two crosses to TB foundation sire Ladykiller through the exceptional stallion Lord. Lenett stood out as superior jumper in the 2010 Schlieckau stallion performance test where he achieved 137.15 points and was awarded 10.0 for jumping technique and ability. Lenett won the 4-year-old jumping horse qualifier at the Elmshorn State Championship under Janne Friederike Meyer at 8.8. In 2012, he had several wins and high placings in young jumper classes at L and M level under Janne Friederike Meyer. In 2013, Thomas Konle and Lenett won 8 young jumper classes at L and M level, among them qualifiers for the Warendorf National Championship and 1.40 m jumping classes against the clock. Produced for competition with deliberate carefulness, Lenett’s positive development continued in 2014. He was placed several times in jumper classes at S level and was shown in international classes to S level by Rolf-Göran Bengtsson. After having had to undergo several months of treatment due to a metabolic disorder, Lenett was put to training again at Elmshorn and is being built up again at the Elmshorn competition stable. Under Beeke Carstensen Lenett got great experience in the season 2017 and they had several placings in jumping classes up to level S**. In November 2015, the first Lenett son, Lenair, was licensed for breeding. He is stationed with the Holsteiner Verband and thus available to the breeders.
